Revenue Streams:

 

  • Partnerships with different schools - yearly renewal of items

  • Advertisements through social media sponsors like (instagram accounts: NFL)

  • Pay once….. (EX: 5000$)=1 year payment which includes (repair broken items, technical support if needed meaning workers can come to the school and help with setup and test gear) ------------------------------ V.S paying 500$ = 1 visit from technicians if needed

  • Brain data platform: $300/year

 

Key Activities

 

  • Simple to use equipment

  • Neurological Signal receiver device -- cutting-edge science

  • Good durability meaning; 1) mobile app on device being used by coach to monitor health 2) the helmets themselves when they receive a hard hit

  • Licensing the patent, letting other companies make product and get money from the sales they make.

  • Customer support center online; with help over the phone available (customer service)
